What We Do

 

The Yoruba Cultural Heritage Centre raises, invests and distribute funds for the benefit of the Yoruba language learning, culture and customs. We provide courses for students through e-learning and premises in primary and secondary schools, universities, private businesses, in the city centres. We teach Yoruba language for every age group from absolute beginners to bilingual speakers with a large variety of subjects and material that can be arranged to group classes and private tuition. They are;

  1. General Yoruba Courses
  2. Conversation Classes
  3. Cultural Workshops

International Exchange Programme

Intended to develop the inter-personal skills of the participants. The International Exchange Programme provides practical learning and sharing of the history, culture and traditions of the host country. Help to increase understanding of the international customs, education system and language.

Interstate and International Excursions

Yoruba Cultural Heritage Centre provides opportunities for students to participate in a number of Interstate or International excursions. These excursions are to give students an educational experience outside of the mainstream school programs and encourages intercultural understanding, in all facets of our centre programmes.
